Our second visit has ended with finding our home in Pinar De Campoverde. Without the team at ‘Homes Overseas’ I am not sure we could not have done this. We have ridden the emotional roller-coaster ? bigtime and right the way through we have had their support. We are now looking forward to heading down to the sunshine permanently in December and would recommend this company and to anyone. The service we received from Home Overseas was first class, everything explained step by step in layman’s terms by friendly well informed staff from beginning to end by Jayne and Matt.

We were selling and purchasing so it was an intricate time for us everything had to be timed with military precision.  We felt reassured by the professionalism and genuine care the company offered:  Matt dealt with everything from Notary visits and solicitors appointments,  making way for the fun part “searching for a property” – we explained what was on our wish list –  what we could compromise on and our budget.

Matt put together two full days of viewing without any pressure or stress filled sales talk, and always with a smile.

We bought our dream home thanks to Matt and Jayne from Homes Overseas. Jayne was our first point of contact and was very informative and helpful from the get go.

We then met Matt when we went to Spain for the actual viewings and he was with us every step of the way, he listened to what we wanted and more importantly what we didn’t want. In the four days we were there he organised solicitors and power of attorney for everything to be organised in our absence.

We are so happy to recommend Homes Overseas to anyone deciding to buy a property in Spain. Matt met us on our arrival in Torrevieja Costa Blanca and spent 3 days showing us properties and much of the surrounding areas. He was fantastic to deal with and very patient as we were initially unsure of exactly what we wanted. On our final afternoon with him we found our dream apartment.

Having paid the deposit, we returned to Ireland and Matt did the rest of the work, organising the lawyer who in turn was also great and made everything so easy for us, Nie numbers, Notary, Power of Attorney and Bank accounts were all sorted while we remained at home. The entire process took six weeks and we returned to Spain at the beginning of August to pick up our keys.

We are delighted with our new home in the sun and cannot thank Matt and Homes Overseas enough.

I cannot recommend Homes Overseas enough!  Matt worked tirelessly to find us our ideal property in Spain and it took a while as I am quite fussy!!  We now have a fantastic holiday home to enjoy.  Matt organised everything to do with the legal side of the purchase and has some great contacts to get things done!  He made us feel at ease throughout the whole process and kept us informed all the way through.  It was so easy with Matt’s help, of course!

We didn’t know where to start and what to look for, we originally went with another estate agent in Spain what turned out to be the worst decision of our search for a property abroad. Just as we were leaving Malaga airport we found Homes-Overseas, we rang them and spoke to Jane who was very helpful. Within a few weeks we were back out in Spain and we met up with Matt.

Matt showed us a load of properties and told us what the area had in terms of shops, beaches, restaurants etc what we weren’t given before or aware of. We were picked up, dropped off and shown whatever we wanted to see with nothing being a problem.

The whole process of buying a house with Homes Overseas was so easy, they took control of everything what needed doing what left us time to enjoy the area we had chosen to buy our holiday home in until we flew home. Even after buying the property we can still rely on Matt to sort out a few things for us like the Suma, we didn’t get our renewal but this was sorted within 10 minutes and I received a duplicate via email.

We would recommend these guys to anyone who is looking to buy a property abroad.

Where to start? Having worked in the travel industry myself previously for 18 years I read reviews all the time and think, that’s great marketing but I wonder how true that is?

Well wonder no more about Homes Overseas, because you really do get the real deal! Outstanding from the very start right to the end….. Nothing is too much trouble – they are one in a million……………. We started our search for a home in Spain like most people do watching a place in the sun, going to Spanish exhibitions and trawling the internet for suitable homes. Having made some on-line enquires via ‘A Place in the Sun’ website, before I knew it I had what seamed like every man in Spain calling me trying to book me appointments and after a week I had lost the will to live! I was more confused than when I started. Then I had the good fortune to speak to Homes Overseas and it was at that point I decided I would only use this company to check out properties.
